ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਪਿੰਡ ਮੁੱਛਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਹੈਰਾਨ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲੀ ਘਟਨਾ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਿਹੰਗ ਸਿੰਘ ਨੇ 20 ਸਾਲਾਂ ਦੀ ਆਪਣੀ ਹੀ ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਮੋਟਰ-ਸਾਇਕਲ ਪਿੱਛੇਂ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਕੇ ਘਸੀਟ- ਘਸੀਟ ਕੇ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿੱਚ ਉਸਦੀ ਲਾਸ਼ ਨੂੰ ਰੇਲਵੇ ਟਰੈਕ ‘ਤੇ ਛੱਡ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
A shocking incident has come to light in the village of Muchhal in Amritsar. In which one Nihang Singh tied his 20-year-old daughter to the back of a motorcycle and dragged her to death. Later, his body was left on the railway track.
ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਕੁੜੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਪਿਓ ਨੂੰ ਬਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੱਸੇ ਕਿਸੇ ਹੋਰ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਇੱਕ ਦਿਨ ਅਤੇ ਇੱਕ ਰਾਤ ਕੱਟ ਕੇ ਆਈ ਹੈ। ਜਦੋਂ ਉਸਦੇ ਪਿਓ ਨੂੰ ਪਤਾ ਲੱਗਾ, ਤਾਂ ਧੀ ਦੇ ਘਰ ਆਉਂਦਿਆ ਹੀ ਉਸਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਟਰ-ਸਾਇਕਲ ਦੇ ਪਿੱਛੇ ਬੰਨ੍ਹ ਲਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਘਸੀਟ ਘਸੀਟ ਕੇ ਮਾਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
According to the information, it was found that the girl had spent a day and a night at another person’s house without telling her father. When her father came to know, he tied her behind his motorcycle and dragged her to death as soon as she came home.
ਦੋਸ਼ੀ ਨੂੰ ਗ੍ਰਿਫ਼ਤਾਰ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਪਿਓ ਨੇ ਬਿਆਨ ਦਿੰਦਿਆਂ ਕਿਹਾ ਕਿ “ਮੈਂ ਇਸ ਕਰਕੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਧੀ ਨੂੰ ਮਾਰਿਆ, ਕਿ 6- 7 ਜਮਾਤ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੜਦੀਆਂ ਕੁੜੀਆਂ ਸੁਧਰ ਜਾਣ”।
The accused has been arrested. The father gave a statement and said that “I killed my daughter because of this, so that girls studying in class 6-7 can improve”.
