In the second match of India vs Afghanistan Word Cup, with the help of captain Rohit Sharma’s century, Virat Kohli’s half-century and Jasprit Bumrah’s good bowling, India defeated Afghanistan by 8 wickets in 90 balls.
ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨੀਸਤਾਨ :- ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨੀਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਲੇੇਬਾਜੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 50 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 8 ਵਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਾਲ 272 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਓਪਨਰ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਗੁਰਬਾਜ਼ ਅਤੇ ਇਬਰਾਹਿਮ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਨਾ ਕਰ ਸਕੇ। ਗੁਰਬਾਜ਼ 21 ਅਤੇ ਇਬਰਾਹਿਮ 22 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆ। ਇਸਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਮਿਡਲ ਆਰਡਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਜ਼ਮਤੁੱਲਾ ਉਮਰਜ਼ਈ ਅਤੇ ਹਸ਼ਮਤੁੱਲਾ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਨੇ ਪਾਰੀ ਨੂੰ ਸੰਭਾਲਿਆਂ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਹਸ਼ਮਤੁੱਲਾ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਨੇ 88 ਗੇਂਦਾ ਵਿੱਚ 80 ਦੋੜਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਅਜ਼ਮਤੁੱਲਾ ਉਮਰਜ਼ਈ 69 ਗੇਂਦਾ ਵਿੱਚ 62 ਦੋੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਈਆ। ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਕੁਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਿਆ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨੀਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਖਿਡਾਰੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਜ਼ਿਆਦਾ ਕੁੱਝ ਨਾ ਕਰਨ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬੁਮਰਾਹ ਨੇ 4 ਵਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀਆ, ਹਾਰਦਿਕ ਪਾਂਡਿਯਾ ਨੇ 2 ਵਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਸ਼ਾਰਦੁਲ ਠਾਕੁਰ ’ਤੇ ਕੁਲਦੀਪ ਯਾਦਵ ਨੇ 1-1 ਵਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ।
Afghanistan :- The players of Afghanistan scored 271 runs with the loss of 8 wickets in 50 overs while batting first. In which opener players Gurbaz and Ibrahim could not do much. Gurbaz scored 21 and Ibrahim scored 22 runs. After that, Azmatullah Umarzai and Hashmatullah Shahidi took over the innings in the middle order in which captain Hashmatullah Shahidi scored 80 runs in 88 balls and Azmatullah Umarzai scored 62 runs in 69 balls. No other player could do much. The Indian bowlers did not allow the Afghanistan players to do much. In which Jasprit Bumrah took 4 wickets, Hardik Pandya took 2 wickets, Shardul Thakur and Kuldeep Yadav took 1 wicket each.
ਭਾਰਤ :- 273 ਦੋੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਸਿਰਫ਼ 35 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 2 ਵਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਦੇ ਨੁਕਸਾਨ ਨਾਲ ਟੀਚਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਓਪਨਰ ਖਿਡਾਰੀ ਕਪਤਾਨ ਰੋਹਿਤ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕੇਟ-ਕੀਪਰ ਈਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨੀਸਤਾਨ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ਼ਾ ਦੀ ਰੱਜ ਕੇ ਕੁਟਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ। ਕਪਤਾਨ ਰੋਹਿਤ ਸ਼ਰਮਾ ਨੇ 84 ਗੇਂਦਾ ਵਿੱਚ 131 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕੇਟ-ਕੀਪਰ ਈਸ਼ਾਨ ਕਿਸ਼ਨ ਨੇ 47 ਗੇਂਦਾ ਵਿੱਚ 47 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ। ਇਸਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਵਿਰਾਟ ਕੋਹਲੀ ਨੇ 56 ਗੇਂਦਾ ਵਿੱਚ 55 ਦੌੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਨਾਬਾਦ ਅਰਧ ਸੈਂਕੜਾਂ ਬਣਾਇਆ। 35 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ 273 ਦੋੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਕੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਪਣੀ ਦੂਜੀ ਜਿੱਤ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀ। ਅਫ਼ਗਾਨੀਸਤਾਨ ਲਈ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ ਇਕੱਲੇ ਰਾਸ਼ੀਦ ਖਾਨ ਨੇ 2 ਵਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। ਹੋਰ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਰੋਕਣ ਤੋਂ ਅਸਮਰਥ ਰਹੇ।
