ਡੀਜੀਪੀ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ #ਕੋਵਿਡ19 ਦੇ ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਰਧਾਂਜਲੀ ਭੇਂਟ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਕੋਵਿਡ-19 ਮਹਾਂਮਾਰੀ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੇ ਨਾਗਰਿਕਾਂ ਦੀ ਰਾਖੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਜਾਨਾਂ ਕੁਰਬਾਨ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ ਸਨ। ਸ਼ਹੀਦਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਰੇਕ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ 3 ਲੱਖ ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ ਚੈੱਕ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਵਿੱਤੀ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਦਿਤੀ ਗਈ। ਇਹ ਰਾਜ ਪੱਧਰੀ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਮਹਾਰਾਜਾ ਰਣਜੀਤ ਸਿੰਘ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਫਿਲੌਰ ਵਿਖੇ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਪੁਲਿਸ ਦੇ ਵੈਲਫੇਅਰ ਵਿੰਗ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਮੈਨਕਾਈਂਡ ਫਾਰਮਾ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਕਰਵਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
