ਮੂੰਹ ਢੱਕ ਕੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲਣ ਵਾਲੇ ਹੁਣ ਸਾਵਧਾਨ ਹੋ ਜਾਣ । ਦੱਸ ਦੇਈਏ ਕਿ ਹੁਣ ਫਿਰੋਜ਼ਪੁਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਹੁਕਮ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਚਾਹੇ ਕੋਈ ਵਾਹਨ ਚਲਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਜਾ ਪੈਦਲ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ ਜਾਂ ਘੁੰਮਦਾ ਹੈ, ਹੁਣ ਮੂੰਹ ਢੱਕ ਕੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਹੀਂ ਨਿਕਲੇਗਾ।

Those who go out with face covering should be careful now. Let us tell you that now the Deputy Commissioner has issued these orders in Ferozepur that no one, whether driving a vehicle, walking or moving around, will now not go out with face covering.

ਸ਼ਹਿਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਮ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਬਹੁਤ ਸਾਰੇ ਲੋਕ ਪ੍ਰਦੂਸ਼ਣ, ਧੁੱਪ ਆਦਿ ਤੋਂ ਬਚਣ ਲਈ ਮੂੰਹ ਢੱਕ ਕੇ ਸੜਕਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਨਿਕਲਦੇ ਹਨ। ਕਈ ਲੋਕ ਇਸ ਤਰ੍ਹਾਂ ਮੂੰਹ ਢੱਕ ਕੇ ਹੀ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਕਰਦੇ ਹਨ ਜਿਸ ਕਾਰਨ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੀ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨੀ ਮੁਸ਼ਕਲ ਹੋ ਜਾਂਦੀ ਹੈ। ਇਸ ਲਈ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਿਆਂ ਦੀ ਸਪਸ਼ਟ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਪਛਾਣ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇਹ ਨਿਯਮ ਲਾਗੂ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ। ਡਿਪਟੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਰ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਇਹ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਦਿੱਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ ਕਿ ਜੇ ਕੋਈ ਮੂੰਹ ਢੱਕ ਕੇ ਬਾਹਰ ਨਿਕਲਿਆ ਤਾਂ ਉਸ ਖਿਲਾਫ ਕਾਰਵਾਈ ਕੀਤੀ ਜਾਵੇਗੀ।

Therefore, this rule has been implemented to clearly identify the offenders. These orders have been given by the Deputy Commissioner that if anyone goes out with his face covered, action will be taken against him.
