With the help of Brandon King’s 42 runs in 42 balls, Kyle Meyers’ 25 runs in 20 balls and captain Rovman Powell’s stormy innings of 40 runs off 19 balls, West Indies gave India a target of 160 runs with the loss of 5 wickets. Alzari Joseph took 2 wickets for 25 runs in 4 overs.

Suryakumar Yadav scored 83 runs off 44 balls while Tilak Verma remained unbeaten on 49 runs off 37 balls. Kuldeep Yadav took 3 wickets for 28 runs in 4 overs. Akshar Patel and Mukesh Kumar took 1 wicket each. Captain Hardik Pandya scored an unbeaten 20 off 15 balls and hit the winning six off 5 balls of 17 overs.
