ਭਾਰਤ ਬਨਾਮ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਲੰਕਾ ਏਸੀਆ ਕੱਪ ਦੇ ਆਖੀਰਲੇ ਮੈਚ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਲੰਕਾ ਨੂੰ 10 ਵਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਨਾਲ ਹਰਾਇਆ। ਏਸੀਆਂ ਕੱਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਬਣੀ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਜਿੱਤਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਟੀਮ। ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਕੁੱਲ 8 ਖਿਤਾਬ 1984, 1988, 1990/91, 1995, 2010, 2016, 2018 ਅਤੇ 2023.

ਸ੍ਰੀ ਲੰਕਾ :- ਸ੍ਰੀ ਲੰਕਾਂ ਨੇ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜੀ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਲੰਕਾ ਦੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜਾ ਨੇ ਬੇਹਦ ਹੀ ਸ਼ਰਮਨਾਕ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 15.2 ਓਵਰਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਨੂੰ 51 ਦੌੜਾ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਲੰਕਾ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੀ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜਾਂ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਟਿਕ ਨਾ ਸਕਿਆ। ਭਾਰਤੀ ਗੇਂਦਬਾਜਾ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਮੁੰਹਮਦ ਸ਼ਿਰਾਜ ਨੇ ਸ਼ਾਨਦਾਰ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਕਰਦੇ ਹੋਏ 6 ਵਿਕੇਟਾਂ ’ਤੇ ਹਾਰਦਿਕ ਪਾਂਡਯਾ ਨੇ 3 ਵਿਕੇਟਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਜਸਪ੍ਰੀਤ ਬੁਮਰਾਹ ਨੇ 1 ਵਿਕੇਟ  ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤੀਆ। ਟੀਚਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕਰਨ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਭਾਰਤੀ ਟੀਮ ਦੇ ਬੱਲੇਬਾਜਾਂ ਨੇ ਚੰਗਾ ਪ੍ਰਦਰਸ਼ਨ ਦਿਖਾਇਆ ਅਤੇ 6.1 ਓਵਰਾਂ 51 ਦੋੜਾਂ ਦਾ ਟੀਚਾ ਹਾਸਲ ਕੀਤਾ।
